Shipping Policy
Generally orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the date of order. Customer will be communicated accordingly with the expected date of shipping. Once the material is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. We accept cancellation till the material is not shipped from our warehouse.

How to raise a return request?

Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the Pickup Process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition, includes all labels, User manual, Warranty card and the invoice along with the product.
How to cancel an order?
In case you want to cancel your order you can cancel it directly from www.indiapalletmart.com website.
Please note: Cancellation request can be accepted only before shipment of ordered product.
