Return/Replacement Criteria:
- Different from what was ordered
- Delivered with any defect
- Missing parts or accessories
- Delivered in a physically damaged condition, or
- Significantly different from the description given by the merchant
How to raise a return request?
If you have received a damaged product or an empty parcel or any item is missing from the package or for the reasons fulfilling conditions previously mentioned, you can lodge the Return Request or Complain on our mailing address i.e. “support@indiapalletmart.com” with the exact image of the defective product within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the Pickup Process. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition, includes all labels, User manual, Warranty card and the invoice along with the product.
How to cancel an order?
In case you want to cancel your order you can cancel it directly from www.indiapalletmart.com website.
Please note: Cancellation request can be accepted only before shipment of ordered product.
Swift Technoplast Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel order under following scenarios:
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Non-serviceable locations
- Restriction on the quantity ordered
- Problems identified by our Inspection & Quality Department.
- Incomplete or inaccurate address
